摘要
近年来，各高校语言实验室的条件虽然大大改善。但它的使用与管理之间的矛盾却在逐渐加剧。本文通过分析高校语言实验室的现状，阐述了语言实验室的自主化管理模式。
In recent years, although the facilities of language laboratories have improved greatly in institutions of higher learning, there is still existing the contradiction between users and administrators, and it continues sharpening. This paper discusses self-determination administration model of language laboratories on the bassis of the current status.
