翼状胬肉术后滴用重组人表皮生长因子的疗效 被引量:1

The clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor after pterygum excision.

摘要 目的观察翼状胬肉切除加干细胞移植术后重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液的效果。方法静止期翼状胬肉200例(200眼),均在手术显微镜下切除翼状胬肉加干细胞移植。采用双盲法,设实验组100例(100眼),术后滴rhEGF滴眼液和迪可乐滴眼液或眼膏,对照组100例(100眼),术后不滴rhEGF滴眼液,其他同实验组。观察术后角膜刺激症状,角膜上皮愈合情况及复发情况。结果角膜刺激症状消失时间,实验组为12小时、对照组为1天。角膜上皮愈合时间,实验组为3天,对照组为6天,复发情况,实验组为2%,对照组为3%。结论rhEGF滴眼液能明显控制角膜刺激症状,促进角膜上皮细胞再生与修复,且复发率稍低。 Objective To investigate the value of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) after excision of pterygium. Methotis 200 cases of pterygium were randomly divided into two groups, after excision of pterygium and stem cell grafted was translated under local anaesthesia and microscope, 100 were treated by rhEGF eyedreps and traivid eyedrops or oint, 100 were treated by tarivid eyedreps or oint. Cornea exciting symptom, corneal epithelium healing time were recorded. Results Cornea exciting symptom disappeared timely,rhEOF group was 12h and control group was 1d, corneal epithelial healing time, rhEGF group was 3d and control group was 6d. Conclusion rhEGF eyedrops can accelerate proliferation and recovery of corneal epithelial cells and reduce pterygium recurrent rate.
