摘要
目的通过Pentacam眼前段分析系统在周边虹膜切除术评估的应用,以期为早期原发性闭角型青光眼患者提供一种新的辅助检查方法。方法原发性闭角型青光眼46例,55眼。应用Pentacam眼前段分析系统在患者周边虹膜切除术前,及术后1 d,4 d,1 w进行眼前段摄像进行图像分析,并分别测定前房相关量化指标。结果本分析系统清晰地显示了手术前后眼前段组织的三维结构以及相对位置关系;术后平均前房容积,平均中央前房深度较术前明显增加(P<0.01);术后前房角值较术前无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论Pentacam眼前段分析系统作为一种新型的,无创的光学照像和数据分析系统,可以快速、动态地显示眼前段透明组织的三维图象,定量地反映前房形态和参数变化,对早期原发性闭角型青光眼的病例筛查,机制研究和手术方法疗效评估是一种良好的辅助检查手段。
Objective To measure and evaluate the anterior segment parameters of early primary angle-closure glaucoma patients before and after periphery iridectomy by Pentacam system in order to monitor quantatively the anterior chamber conditions and provide a new way for the screening, study of mechanism and therapy of early primary angleclosure glaucoma patients. Methods The study included 46 cases of PACG (55 eyes). The eye anterior segment' images were captured and the parameters (including the anterior chamber volume , the central anterior chamber depth and the peripherial anterior chamber angle) were measured by Pentacam system pre-opcrativcly and 1 d,4 d, 1 w postoperatively. Results Pentacam system clearly showed the 3-dimensions structures of the eye anterior segment and relative locations of every parts. The average anterior chamber volume and the central anterior chamber depth after operations was increased significantly( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no statistical significance on the peripherial anterior chamber angles before and after the operation ( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Pentaearn system can show quickly and dynamically the 3 dimensions images of transparent structures of the anterior eye segment, also can reflect the changes of the anterior chamber parameters. It provides a new way for the screening, study of mechanism and therapy of early PACG.
