摘要
目的研究初中学生人格特征、应对方式及父母教养方式对其心理健康的影响,为加强初中学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法应用症状自评量表、艾森克个性问卷、应对方式量表、父母教养方式问卷对372名初中生进行问卷调查。结果初中学生人格特征、应对方式及父母教养方式都会对其心理健康产生影响,其中较为突出的影响因素有神经质、精神质人格特征,自责应对方式,父亲过度保护及母亲惩罚严厉的教养方式。结论初中学生心理健康受多种因素影响,干预时既要采取综合措施,又要突出重点。
Objective To prebe the effects of personality , coping styles and parental rearing patterns on mental health , and to provide .bases for junior middle school students' mental health education. Methods A total of 372 junior middle school students were questiounaired with SCL - 90, EPQ, CSQ and EMBU. Results The junior middle school students' personality characters, coping styles and parental rearing patterns had impacts on their mental health. The major influencing factors were the personality of neuroticism and psychosis, coping style of self-blame and rearing patterns of lathers' overproteclion and mothers' severe punishment. Conclusion Mental health of junior middle school students could be affacted by many factors. The comprehensive measures should be taken and the main points should be stressed.
