AO支撑钢板治疗pilon骨折

摘要 pilon骨折属关节内骨折，多由高能量损伤造成，复位、固定困难，致残率较高。本院自1999-2004年月采用切开复位，AO支撑钢板内固定治疗pilon骨折31例，取得较好疗效，报告如下。
