摘要
对4株最新鸡传染性支气管炎病毒上海分离株的S1基因进行RT-PCR法扩增、克隆和序列测定分析。结果表明所克隆的S1基因全长约为1.63 kb,与常用IBV疫苗株和其它血清型代表株的S1基因序列及推导的氨基酸序列相比较,核苷酸序列同源性为77.4%~82.9%,氨基酸同源性为74.7%~82.6%,为研究上海地区IBV分子流行病学积累了资料。
The complete S1 gene of four infectious bronchitis viruses isolated recently was amplified by RT-PCR method, then the cDNA of S1 genes were cloned and sequenced respectively.Sequences data showed that S1 genes were composed of 1.63 kb nucleotides encoding 540 amino acids and they shared 77.4 %~82.9 % nucleotide similarity and 74.7 %~82.6 % deduced amino acids homogeneity compared with the S1 genes of the reference strains delivered in GenBank. The results added the molecular epidemiological data of IBV in Shanghai.
