α2b-IFN诱导CD25表达和对PBMC内HCV RNA的阴转作用

摘要 目的探讨α2b-IFN对PBMC内CD25的诱导及对HCV-RNA、抗-HCV转阴效果。方法用BSA法检测慢性丙肝患者治疗前后CD25表达水平。以α2b-IFN(3MU/d)治疗3个月为一疗程,共2个疗程,于治疗前后分别检测患者PBMC内HCV-RNA和血清HCV-RNA、抗-HCV。结果慢性丙肝患者α2b-IFN治疗后静息期、诱导期CD25表达水平分别为(3.44±0.77)%、(33.62±3.95)%,PBMC、血清内HCV-RNA和抗-HCV转阴率分别为42.31%(11/26)、57.69%(15/26)和65.38%(17/26),与对照相比差异有显著性(P〈0.01~P〈0.05)。结论α2b—IFN可诱导CD25表达,对PBMC内HCV-RNA具有肯定的治疗作用,其疗效优于常规治疗。 Objective To study the level of CD25 on surface of peripheral blood mononuelear cells (PBMC) and the effect of α2b-IFN on HCV-RNA in PBMC and anti-HCV in serum. Methods Before and after treament, the level of CD25 of patients with chronic hepatitis C was detected by biotin-streptavidin (BSA) and the eases were treated with α2b- IFN (3 MU/d). The total course of the treatment of α2b-IFN was six months and per course of treatment was three months. Results Before and after treatment of α2b-IFN, the levels of CD25 in silence and inducement were ( 3.44 ± 0.77% ) and (33.62 ± 3.95 )%. The negative rates of HCV-RNA in the PBMC and HCV-RNA, anti-HCV in serum were 42.31% (11/26) ,57.69% (15/26) ,65.38 % (17/26) , respectively. There was higher significantly difference between in treatment of α2b-IFN and controls (P 〈 0.01 - P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CD25 could be induced by α2b-IFN during the treatment and better curative effect of α2b-IFN had been taken on the treatment of HCV-RNA in PBMC than that of the routine drugs.
