摘要
通过对黄连解毒透皮吸收剂经豚鼠背部透皮吸收后的血清药物浓度测定、体外抗菌活性测定、动物口腔菌群变化结果研究其抗感染的生物学效应及对正常菌群的影响。结果表明受试动物血清中可检测到有效成分并显示出抗菌活性,同时可引起口腔细菌菌群的变化。
To study the biologic effeCtof anti-infection of huanglian-detoxification decoction absorbed through skin on the cavies＇back, and the effect to the bacterial colonies in cavies＇oral cavity;the concentration of the medicine in cavies ＇ serum, the antibacterial activities, and the variation of the bacterial colonies in cavies＇oral cavity were measured. It could be drew the conclusion that the active components could be examined in the serum, and those components could show the antibacterial activities,at the same time which could caused the variation of the bacterial colonies in cavies＇oral cavity.
