牛磺酸是人体的条件必需氨基酸,由于其特殊的性质,过氨基酸分离柱时较先被洗脱下来。母乳泉口服液中不仅含有丰富的牛磺酸,还有其它氨基酸组分,用835-50型氨基酸分析仪分析时,必需对分析程序及流动相进行改进,才能使牛磺酸与其它的氨基酸组分分离开。
Taurine is the conditional necessary amino acid for people. As it＇ s special properties, taurine is washed off when it through the amino acid pillar. Mu ruquan preparation contains not only taurine but also other amino acids. It is necessary to change the analytical program and the fluid when we test the taurine by 835-50 amino acid analyzer, in order to separate the taurine from other amino acids.
