摘要
用3.5μm厚Mylar膜作为标准样品,对1.4~2.5MeV范围不同能量下PESA测量刻度系数进行测量。结果在此能量范围内不同能量下平均刻度系数差别小于10%。用2.5MeV质子束,对单层,双层和三层3.5μn厚Mvlar分别进行PESA测量,它们平均刻度系数相差在3%以内。结果表明:对厚度小于9mg/cm^2气溶胶样品或2.5MeV质子穿透过程中能量损失小于1.1MeV其他样品,2.5MeVPESA测量是可以用单标准样品进行刻度。
Proton Elastic Scattering Analysis (PESA) facilities with proton energy from 1.4 - 2.5MeV were calibrated used 3.5tan Mylar film, and it was shown that the difference of the calibrate coefficients in different energy is less than 10%. Single, double and triple layers of 3.5tun Mylar film were used to calibrate the 2.5MeV PESA method, their calibrate coefficients differ within 3 %. These results indicate that the 2.5MeV PESA method which calibrated by single standard sample is valid for measuring of H content of aerosol samples accompanied with PIXE analysis, and it' s also valid for analysis of any other samples through which the energy loss of 2.5MeV proton is less than 1.1MeV.
