由盘锦石油焦生产石墨电极的工业化研究

摘要 分析了盘锦焦与大庆焦的特性;以盘锦焦为原料生产Φ350mm石墨电极,并对其生产过程中的工艺进行控制。结果表明,通过技术改进,用盘锦石油焦生产的普通功率电极,理化指标达到用大庆石油焦生产的同类产品,通过试用其抗热震性能、抗氧化性能、消耗性能较好,能满足用户的使用要求;采用盘锦石油焦生产石墨电极,可降低制造成本。 The properties and characteristics of the petroleum cokes from Panjin in Liaoning province and Daqing in Heilongjiang province are analyzed and compared. Under optimized and controllable industrial conditions, 0350 mm graphite electrodes with good quality have been successfully produced with the petroleum coke from Panjin as raw material. The results show that the physicochemical properties of the produced graphite electrodes are comparable to that of the products made from Daqing coke, which include the resistance to thermal shock, the anti - oxidation capacity of the electrodes in steel production. The graphite electrodes made from Panjin coke can satisfy the technological requirements set by the clients. With Panjin coke as starting material, the production cost of electrodes can be reduced.
