摘要 目的探讨DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣分析工作站与干化学分析在尿常规分析中的应用价值。方法分别用DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣分析工作站和干化学分析法,同时对1 523例尿标本进行检测和分析。结果干化学法检测全部正常的606例标本中,有25例为工作站镜检异常,假阴性率为4.12%。干化学法检查为异常的917例标本中,有307例为工作站镜检正常,假阳性率为33.48%。结论尿沉渣镜检在尿液常规检测中的作用不可替代,在干化学法分析后有必要对标本进行标准化,规范化的沉渣镜检,两种方法互为补充,而不能相互代替。 Objective To evaluate the implication of DiaSys R/S 2003 urinary sediment workstation and dry- chemistry method in routine urinalysiS. Methods A total of 1,523 urinary specimens were analyzed by both DiaSys R/S 2003 urinary sediment workstation and dry - chemistry method and compared. Results Of the 606 urinary specimens that were negative by dry-chemistry method, 25 positive findings were found by urinary sediment workstation, the false negative rate was 4.12% ; while the 917 specimens that showed positive findings, 307 were negative by the urinary sediment workstation and the false positive rate was 33.48 %. Conclasion The routine urinary sediment urinalysis should be complemented with the standard DiasSys R/S 2003 sedimentation workstation and dry chemistry method. Both methods could not be an alternative or replace the other.
