右冠状动脉病变对左室功能的影响 被引量：1

摘要 左右心室是功能上的合胞体。大量实验和临床研究表明，左冠状动脉狭窄所致的左心室功能障碍可影响右心室功能，近年研究还证明，右冠状动脉（RCA）血运障碍对左心室舒张、收缩功能也有一定影响，本文就此作一综述。
