摘要
治安信息是社会状态、社会行为和社会心理在公共安全方面的意识存留。治安信息主要包括:刑事犯罪、治安案件、事件、事故、行政管理,群体与个人在社会生产生活等方方面面。治安信息是公安工作的重要组成部分,对人民群众的切身利益乃至整个社会的和谐发展都起着至关重要的作用。而治安信息公开的主要渠道是大众传媒。随着大众传媒的发展,新闻媒体在治安信息公开中的作用不容忽视,新闻媒体是制造舆论和引导舆论的重要工具,它具有“全域性”和“全息性”的特点。因此,公安机关应讲究与媒体打交道的技巧,引导媒体成为与公众沟通的有效桥梁。
Public security information is that social state, social behavior and social psychology are retained in the consciousness of the public safe respect. Public security information includes mainly： crime, public security case, incident, accident, administration and every aspect of mass and individual in social production. It is important component that the public security information is the public security work, plays an essential role to the people＇s vital interests and even harmonious development of the whole society. The main channel of the public security information open is mass media. With the development of mass media,the function of news media in public security information can＇t be ignored, the news media is the important tool to make public opinion and guide the public opinion, it has ＂whole area nature＂ and ＂holographic＂ characteristic. So, the public security organ should stress the skill of dealing with media, lead the media to become the effective bridge communicating with the public.
