摘要
考虑物性随温度和压力变化,在内筒壁q1=常数下,导出电热增强段辐射-对流复合传热过程的数学模型。利用这一模型计算环道湍流透热空气温度的沿程分布,内、外圆筒壁温分布及壁面辐射率ε、半径比γ、电功率Q和流量G对其的影响。估算了电热元件的工作温度。还用实验验证了模型计算的可靠性。
Taking into account thermophysical properties in relation to temperature-pressure and in case of q 1=constant on the inside wall,the mathematic model of combined radiation-convection heat transfer for annular pipe electrothermal augmented part is built up.Using this model it is calculated that the temperature distributions of annular pipe turbulent transparent air,inside and outside hollow cylinder wall temperature distributions and influence of wall emissivity ε,the ratio of radius to radius ,electric power Q and flow rate G on those. Operating temperature of electrothermal element is estimated.The model and calculations are verified also by experiments.The method and computer program canbe used in analysis and design of electrothermal augmented part.
