摘要
建立了测定GAP分子量及分子量分布的GPC法。该法应用LC—6A高效波相色谱仪及示差折光检测器,以THF为溶剂和淋洗剂。色谱柱组由HSG—20、HR─4E和μ105A°三根GPC柱组成,采用多点宽分布标样法标定柱系。所用标样系由宽分布GAP原样经沉淀分级法制备,标样数均分子量用VPO法测定。
gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method is established to determine molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of glycidyl azide polymer (GAP). The method is carried out with LC - 6A liquid chromatograph and differential refractometer as detector, using THF as a solvent and mobile phase.The GPC columns consist of HSG-20. HR-4E andu105A°, and the columns are calibrated with multipoint wide distribution standards method. The standards used are prepared from wide distribution original GAP sample by precipitation fractional separation. The number average molecular weight (Mn) of the standards are measured by vapour pressure osmometer (VPO).
