摘要
当前形式下高校科技工作的发展,必须妥善处理好与发展相联系的各种重大问题,坚持以人为本的办学理念,合理、准确地进行规划和定位;坚持立足现实,突出特色,瞄准学术前沿;坚持学科交叉和原始创新;坚持为地方经济建设和社会发展服务,紧紧抓住和充分用好战略机遇,实现高校科技工作的跨越式发展。
In response to the new situation, the development of the university＇s science and technology work must handle the main problems properly, which correlate with economic development. We should adhere to run schools by putting people first, planning scientifically. Basing ourselves on China＇s realities, we should uphold to take aim the academic frontal while emphasizes distinctive aspects, adhere interdiscipline and original innovation. In order to bring about leapfrog development in the university＇s science and technology, we should uphold to make efforts for local economic and social development and seize opportunities to accelerate development.
