摘要
介绍了油-水强化换热用整体外肋管和水-水强化换热用整体内、外翅片管的单管筛选试验情况,给出了传热和阻力测试结果,并给出了回归的传热系数关联式。试验结果表明,外肋管的总传热系数比光管提高约15%,内、外翅片管比光管提高约50%
This paper describes the sieve test of single out-ribbed tube for oil-water heat transfer en- hancement and the sieve test of single outside-and-inside finned tube for water-water heat transfer enhancement,in addition,gives the results of heat transfer tests and trag tests. Some regression formulas of heat coefficents are given in this paper. The test results show that the overall heat transfer coefficient of out-ribbed tube is about 15% hihger than smooth tube and of outside-and-inside finned tube is about 50%.
