摘要
教育的竞争说到底就是人才的竞争。目前,教育特别是高等教育面临着市场经济的严峻挑战,把竞争机制引入高等教育,是教育改革的必然趋势。因此只有加快教育人才建设步伐,完善人才培养和流动机制,留住人才,吸引人才,才能在日趋激烈的人才争夺大战中立于不败之地。
Education competition is intellectual competition. At education is facing severe challenge from market economy, so leading present, education, especially higher competition to higher education is the necessary trend of education reform. Only through speeding up intellectual education, bettering intellectual cultivation and moving, attracting and keeping intellectuals can we succeed in the severe intellectual competition.
