丙型肝炎病毒对中枢神经系统损伤的研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)对中枢神经系统损伤(CNS)的临床报道越来越多,已受到了国内外许多学者的关注。本文就HCV的生物学特性、基因结构、基因分型以及对CNS的损伤其可能的发病机制研究进行综述分析表明,HCV可能导致视神经乳头炎、病毒性脑炎、强直性脑脊髓膜炎和缺血性脑血管性疾病等,究其哪种基因型易导致CNS损害以及HCV感染引起神经系统损伤的确切机制有待于进一步研究。
