摘要
本试验点用6个普通小麦品种和6个硬粒小麦品种.按不完全双列杂交配制36个杂交组合,同时配制12个反交组合,对其F1世代进行配合力分析。不同品种间GCA方差和SCA方差均达显著水平。干、湿面筋含量、蛋白质含量和单位面筋沉降值以GCA效应为主。沉降值以SCA效应为主。容重、单株蛋白产量的GCA效应和SCA效应相等。GCA大、SCA方差也大的亲本有较大的利用价值。龙辐麦1号、龙麦12、D1520、D72和CI17343是综合表现良好的亲本。配合力总效应和杂种优势呈极显著正相关.根据配合力总效应和GCA的大小.可以预测F1的杂种优势。
Thirty six Combinations of cross were made in 6×6 incomplete diallel fashion and 12 combinations of reciprocal cross were produced. Combining ability on quality characteristics was studied. The main results were as follows: GCA variance and SCA variance Were both significant in different varieties. Wet and dry gluten content, S. G S and protein content were controlled by GCA effect. SCA effect is higher in sedimentation value. GCA effect approximated to that of SCA in fest Wt. and profein yield per plant. Parents With high GCA and high SCA variance were good. In the test, varieties including Long Fu No. 1, Long Mai No. 12, D152, CI17343 and D72 were better than others. The significant positive. correlation was showed between the total effect of combining ability and heterosis. When GCA effect was considered, heterosis may be evaluated by the total effect of combining ability.
