摘要
本文介绍了在高速线材生产中,如何减小轧线系统的机械惯性,使系统达到快速、平稳的效果,最好的办法就是减小电机的飞轮矩,使用双电机技术。在双电机拖动中因为电机的电磁差异,致使其中一台电机过负载烧坏的问题,可由全数字集成控制有效解决。
The paper introduces the way to reduce mechanical inertia of rolling system to ged the high speed and stable effect in high speed wire rod production. Applying double motor drive technology is the best way to solve this problem, which can reduce the flywheel of the motor. It can also solve the problem of motor overload destroys due to the electromagnetism difference in double motor drive through whole digital integrated control.
