摘要
本文研究了拖拉机半轴伞齿轮精锻模(3 Cr 2 W 8 V钢)的主要失效形式及其机制,并在此基础上提出了延长模具寿命的相应对策。
This paper deals with the main failuve forms and the failure mechanism ofthe precision forging dies (made from 3 Cr 2 W 8 V steel) which procesis axleshaft bevel gears of tractors. The effective protective measures of the die failu-re have been put forward based on the investigation. The results show that themeasures make the life of the die highly to increase.
