摘要
本文作者用x射线衍射、差热和热失重分析等现代测试方法分析了霍山橄榄石的理化性质。研究表明该矿石属纯度较高的镁橄榄石。通过正交试验得到了一种水基铸钢涂料的合理配方。所研制的涂料具有良好的触变性和悬浮性,涂刷在浇注高锰钢的砂型上,能有效地防止铸件粘砂,获得表面光洁的铸件。
In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of Hou Shan olivinfelswas studied by means of modern test techniques, the optimal aqueous coatingdosage for steel casting molds has been determined through orthogonal experim-ents. Production experiment has showed that the rheopexy and suspension abilityof the coat we developed was very good when this coating was coated on sandmolds, it can prevent burn-on defect of manganese steel effectively and obtainedsurface finishing castings.
