摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司化工一部乙烯装置于2003进行了技术改造,从装置负荷、裂解炉的操作条件、产品收率、原料规格、能耗及环保指标对装置进行了标定,并总体评价装置的改造效果。改造后该装置仍存在几个问题：裂解炉数量不足、急冷水乳化、燃料气系统及蒸汽不平衡、循环水能力不足、丙烯塔损失大。
The ethylene unit was technically revamped in 2003.The assessment was give to the ethylene unit basing on data such as the unit capacity,the operating condition of the pyrolysis furnace,the yield,the feed stock specification,the energy consumption,and the en- vironmental indexes.An overall assessment of the unit revamp was also made.The result shows that the techni- cal and economical indexes of the unit are basically up to the design requirements,but there are still some prob- lemes,for example,the furnaces are not enough,the quench water is emulsified,both the fuel gas system and the steam system are unbalanced,the circulating water capacity is insufficient,and the loss of propylene in the colume is great.
