摘要
目前国外大石油公司在石油勘探开发管理体制上采取的是勘探开发一体化管理,探明储量的商业价值高;而我国三大石油集团公司及其所属分公司采取的是勘探开发分离管理,探明储量的商业价值低。因此,国外大石油公司的勘探开发一体化管理作法值得我国借鉴。
In big foreign oil companies, an integrated management system is currently deployed for oil exploration and development, the commercial value of proven reserves is high. While in China the management for oil exploration is separated from its development within the 3 big oil companies and the commercial value is low. Therefore the foreign integrated management system provides reference for Chinese oil companies.
