摘要
采用原位聚合的方法制备了聚苯乙烯/介孔分子筛复合材料。由于介孔分子筛孔径分布狭窄,孔道排列有序,具有很大的比表面积和孔容积,因此在一定条件下单体分子有可能进入分子筛孔道并能在引发剂引发下进行聚合反应。通过IR,TG,XRD,RAM AN,N2吸附,元素分析等对产物进行表征,结果表明,苯乙烯单体进入分子筛孔内并发生了聚合反应。
Polystrene/MMS composited material was synthesised by in-situ poymerization. The MMS has strait pore size distribution, highly ordered form, large surface area and pore volume. Under certain condition, the monomer of styrene can be absorbed on the inside surface of the MMS and polymerization can happened by using initiator. The sample were characterized through measurements of XRD, TG, IR, RAMAN, Element analysis and N2 adsorption isotherm. The results indicated that the monomer of styrene can be absorbed on the inside surface of the MMS and polymerization can happened.
