依巴斯汀和左西替利嗪治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床对照研究 被引量:9

摘要 选择慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,采用随机、双盲、单剂量、平行对照的方法。治疗组93例依巴斯汀片每日1次,每次10mg口服;对照组90例盐酸左西替利嗪片每日1次,每次5mg口服,均连续服用28天。分别于用药后第7、14、28天随访,两组有效率先后分别为83.87%、89.25%、91.40%,和81.11%、87.78%、90.00%。两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两种药物的不良反应主要为轻度的口干和困倦。依巴斯汀治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效及不良反应与左西替利嗪基本相似。
