自体表皮移植配合窄波UVB照射治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 我们在自体表皮移植术后10天的白斑区,配合窄波UVB照射,每周照射3次,3个月为1疗程。结果表明局部窄波UVB照射,可加速存活皮片的复色率和色素的扩展,与单纯采用自体表皮移植相比,明显提高了疗效(P<0.01)。其疗效与治疗时间、病程、部位、分型有关。节段型与局限型治疗效果无显著差异,泛发型效果较差;面部、颈部效果优于其他部位,以肢端效果最差;病程越短效果越好,病程越长效果越差。
