介绍复矩阵Ａｍ×ｎ的Ｍｏｏｒｅ－Ｐｅｎｒｏｓｅ广义逆Ａ＋的一些基本理论，并且利用Ｍｏｏｒｅ－Ｐｅｎｒｏｓｅ广义逆给出Ａ｛２，３｝ｓ，Ａ｛２。
In this paper some basic theories of Moore Penrose′s generalized inverse A + of complex matrix A m×n are introduced.and using Moore Penrose′s generalized inverse,the structure of A{2,3} s,A{2,4} s is given.
