摘要
提出了“主动预防性维护”的概念，分析了液压和润滑系统的失效根源，阐述了主动预防性维护策略的指导思想以及实施步骤，并以实例说明主动预防性维护是检测和校正导致系统失效的根源性异常工况的维护活动，它可以充分发挥机器的固有可靠性。
The paper put forward the concept of ‘initiative preventative maintenance’, analyzed the origins of ceasing to be effective on the hydraulic and lubricating system, and described the guiding ideology and enforcement procedures of using initiative proventative maintenance. The examples showed that initiative preventative maintenance is an important measure to examine and rectify the original abnormal operating mode which ceases system to be effective. It can give full play to the inherent reliability of the machine and extend the service life of the subassemblies and machine to a maximum extent.
