HLA单倍型及扩展单倍型与银屑病关联研究进展
Advances on haplotype or Extended haplotype Associations of the major Histocompatibility complex(HLA) with psoriasis
摘要
目的银屑病是一种与遗传相关的皮肤病,其病因学研究以往仅局限于单一易感基因,但其可重复性差,存在地区及种族差异。近期的研究认为银屑病的遗传模式更符合多基因遗传病,且与HLA单倍型或其扩展单倍型所组成的基因群关系密切。现就近年来有关HLA单倍型或其扩展单倍型与银屑病的关联研究进行综述。
