摘要
在型砂微变形理论研究的基础上,基于8098单片机和高精度传感器技术,开发研制出新型智能化铸造型砂多项性能测试仪,介绍了测试仪的组成结构和测试方法。实测结果表明:智能化测试仪能够检测出反映型砂本质特性的多个型砂性能参数,所测数据误差小,测试精度高。提出用智能化测试仪检测3个新的性能参数来评定型砂的粘弹性性能和粘塑性性能。
Based on many years of investigations on the theory of molding sand micro-deformation, a new intelligent tester for foundry molding sand multi-property measurement was designed and manufactured, relying on advanced technology of microprocessor 8098 and sensors of high precision. The components of the intelligent tester were introduced and the testing procedures elucidated. Experimental testing results indicate that eight property parameters reflecting inherent characteristics of molding sand can be measured with the intelligent tester developed, the errors of testing data obtained being small and testing accuracy good. The intelligent tester has some distinct features. In addition, three brand-new property parameters were measured with the developed tester to comprehensively evaluate viscoelastic and visco-plastic properties of molding sand.
