阑尾类癌九例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的总结阑尾类癌的治疗方法。方法对我院1994年1月至2004年10月间确诊阑尾类癌的9例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均经病理确诊。2例癌灶大于2cm;7例小于2cm,其中6例小于1cm。4例肿瘤位于阑尾头端部,有3例行阑尾切除术,1例急诊行回盲部切除。3例肿瘤累及阑尾根部者术后1-3个月再次行右半结肠切除,手术后无肿瘤残留。2例肿瘤位于阑尾中上段,但未累及根部且直径小于2cm,仅行阑尾切除术。随访0.5～2年,无肿瘤复发和转移。结论对肿瘤直径小于2cm,未累及阑尾根部和远处转移的阑尾类癌患者仅行单纯阑尾切除即可;累及根部或肿瘤直径大于2cm者,应行右半结肠切除。
