摘要
充气旋流器是利用离心惯性力强化浮选效果的新型设备。利用φ55mm充气旋流器研究了该设备的结构参数、工艺参数及试料性质对净化含油污水效果的影响。查明了充气旋流器和常规水力旋流器的根本差别。试验的最佳结果为:给水含油75mg/L,选别后出水含油20.6mg/L,除油率达74.6%,油回收粒度下限为5μm。研究中还发现,疏水物质滑石粉对充气旋流器的除油效果有很大的改善作用。由于充气旋流器有很高的处理能力,因而在处理含油污水方面有良好的应用前景。
The Air Sparged Hydrocyclone(ASH)is a new separating device usaed to intensify flotation effect by means of centrifugal force.The effect of the ASH's structural parameters,operating parameters and material properties on removal of dispersed oil from water was researched with a 55mm diameter ASH.The differences between ASH and the coventional hydrocyclone were found out.It shows from the testwork that when oil concentration in feeding water is 75mg/L,after treated with the hydrocyclone,the oil concentration in underflow water is 20.6mg/L,the separating efficiency is 74.6% and the lower limit of the size of oil droplet recovered is 5μm The author also discovered that the hydrophobic talc powder can obviously improve ASH's deoiling efficiency.Due to ASH with a high capacity,it is a very promising device for treatment of oil containing sewage.
