在线检测矿流粒度分布对指导生产操作和获取最佳经济效益至关重要。本文介绍了ＰＳＭ４００和ＰＳＩ２００两种不同类型的在线粒度分析仪的原理、配置、应用技术和应用效果。永平铜矿在实践中总结了ＰＳＭ４００型超声波粒度分析仪的频率选择和标定方法。ＲＳＩ２００型粒度分析仪直接线性测量具有无可比拟的优越性，应用前景广阔。
It is indispensable for instructing production operation and achieving the optimum economic benefits that the size distribution of pulp stream is measured on line.The principles,configuration,applicable techniques and application of PSM400 and PSI200 are introduced in the paper,The selection of ultrasonic wave efficiency and calibration are summarized in Yongping Copper Mine.The direct linear measurement principle brings incomparable advantages to the PSI200.Therefore,the PSI200 particle size indicator has broad application prospects.
