摘要
通过对广泛用于矿山的液压支架和可缩性金属支架支护机理的分析,针对空场作业特点,提出并设计研制了一套适合矿山特点的空场弹性掩护支架。支架充分利用弹簧的缓冲作用,大大降低了空场松脱矿岩对支架的冲击破坏,从而确保空场作业安全。支架结构简单、加工方便,为无轨设备在空场采矿法中的推广应用提供了保障。
On the basis of analysing the supporting mechanism of hydraulic support and yieldable metal support extensively used in mines,considering the character of work within stope,a set of elastic shields within stope for mines developed is introduced in this paper.The shield makes full use of the cushion effect of spring,which greatly degrades the damage influence of shock by loose rock to the shield,therefore it ensures seeurity for stope operation.The shield has simple structure and can be easily made.Undoubtedly,it provides a new effective approach for spreading the use of trackless facilities in stope mining.
