糖尿病对腔隙性脑梗死患者C-反应蛋白及细胞间黏附分子的影响

Effects on Expression of Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 in Patient of Diabetes with Lacunar Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨血糖对C反应蛋白(CRP)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM1)的影响及其在腔隙性脑梗死(lacunarinfarction,LI)发病机制中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法对LI合并糖尿病和非合并糖尿病患者及正常人的血清CRP和sICAM1的表达进行检测。结果:糖尿病合并LI患者血清中sICAM1和CRP的水平高于非糖尿病合并LI患者,明显高于正常对照组;血糖与sICAM1、CRP呈正相关;LI灶的数目与患者血糖及sICAM1,CRP的水平呈正相关。结论:糖尿病加重了脑缺血炎症反应,其导致的sICAM1,CRP的高表达参与了LI微血管病变的损伤过程。 Aim:To explore the influences of blood sugar on expression of CRP and sICAM-1 as well as their effects on pathogenesis related to lacunar infarction. Methods: Expression of CRP and sICAM-1 was measured by two-layer antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 31 cases of lacunar infarction with diabetes, 32 patients with lacunar infarction were without diabetes. Results: The expression levels of CRP and sICAM-1 were higher in LI with diabetes group than those in LI without diabetes and significantly higher than those of normal controls. There was a positive correlation between the levels of blood sugar and those of CRP as well as sICAM- 1 in patients serum. In addition, blood sugar, sICAM- 1 and CRP levels have great relation with the numbers of LI focus. ConcIusion: The extra burden of blood sugar aggravated the reaction of inflammation in brain and enhanced the expression of CRP and ICAM-1 which were led by extra burden of blood sugar and joined in the process of injury to microvessels in patients with LI.
