摘要
目的探讨关节镜在踝关节陈旧损伤中手术方法和治疗价值。方法对2003年10月～2004年9月应用关节镜诊治的26例踝关节陈旧损伤的病例进行回顾和分析,采用改良McGuire踝关节评分系统进行评分以评估踝关节功能。结果没有1例出现并发症,改良McGuire踝关节评分:术前为48～64分(平均56.5分);术后为78～94分(平均89.3分),按其标准评定结果为:优8例,良15例,可3例,无差。优良率88.5%。结论关节镜手术微创恢复快,明确诊断同时进行有效治疗,特别对X线片无阳性发现的踝关节损伤患者更体现其诊治价值。
Objective To explore the surgical procedure and the value of the arthroscopy in the treatment of the old injury of ankle joints. Methods Twenty- six cases of the old injury in ankle joints diagnosed and treated with arthroscopy from October 2003 to September 2004 were reviewed and analyzed. The modified McGuire ankle joint scoring system was used for scoring and evaluating the function of the ankle. Results Complications occurred in no cases. The preoperative scores of modified McGuire ranged from 48 to 64 points （average： 56.5 points） while the postoperative scores ranged from 78 to 94 points （average： 88.5 points）. According to the modified McGuire standard, 8 cases had excellent result, 15 cases good result and 3 cases fair result without the poor result. The excellent and good rate was 88.8%. Conclusion The recovery of the patients with the arthroscopic operation is quick. The effective treatment can be performed in the same time when the diagnosis is made in the arthroscopy. The arthroscopy can especially demonstrate its diagnosis and treatment value in the treatment of the ankle injury without positive findings in the X- ray.
