摘要
首先提出用涂刷抗菌藻涂料来控制循环冷却水系统的生物粘泥的方法,然后针对敞开式电厂循环冷却水系统的水质特点,将自行筛选复配的高效抗菌灭藻剂配方FB-1、FB-2添加到所选涂料中进行配比试验,最终得到了抗菌藻涂料配方TU B,静态试验表明TU B效果显著,具有极广的应用价值。
Firstly, this paper develops a method controlling biological slime of systems through painting antisepsis algieide coating in cooling water systems. Secondly,this paper performs development experiments of an antisepsis algaecide coating. Orthogonal tests are carried out between developed efficient composite antimierobials FB-1, FB-2 and selected coatings. Experiments indicate the optimum recipe TUB is built by FB-2 and coating. Static test indicates the effect of TUB is significant. So, it possesses wide spread application value.
