摘要
本文运用神经网络理论，建立一个沿海客货船造价的估算模型，经计算证明该模型能较好地估算出我国沿海客货船的造价。运用本文论述的方法可以不依赖于长期使用的回归公式，增加可靠度。
Establishes a new model to estimate cost of coastwise passenger cargo ship.It is proved that the method is applicable and effective.The method does not need to dependent on regression model,and it can be used to estimate cost of other ship.
