摘要
本文对高等学校预算管理中存在的问题进行分析,并针对问题提出从改变思想意识着手,在预算管理中必须坚持刚性与韧性相结合、进行预算分析来提高高等学校预算管理质量。
This article analyzes the problems existing in colleges budget management and points out the combination of rigidity with tenacity to improve college budget management by reinforcing the consciousness of the budget management.
