摘要
盐与人类生活息息相关,从远古时期人类自身的生存、社会的进步与现代文明的迅速发展,盐在其中起到了极其重要的作用。作为人类认识自然、改造自然的成果,盐及其产品属于广义文化的范畴,具有十分丰富的文化内容。以盐为叙述、理解历史的切入点,探询盐文化丰富的内涵与独具的文化特征,进而构建盐文化学,这是理解人类丰富的社会生活的一个新的视角。
Human life greatly depends on salt. Salt plays a very important role in human＇s existing in ancient times, social development and fast development of modem civilization. It is a new visual angle for the understandhag of human social life to explore the rich connotation of salt culture and particular cultural characteristics and to construct salt culture with salt as the breakthrough point of the understanding of history.
