摘要
文章介绍了网络电视台的概念,运用比较的方法论述了流媒体的传播方式和标准的选择.通过一个网络电视台构建的实例,表明组播方式和MPEG4标准可适应网络电视台系统.
The paper introduces the concept of IPTV system and expounds the disseminative method of the medium flow as well as the choice of the standards. By means of the example of the construction of IPTV system, the result shows that the IPTV system is fit for multicast and MPEG4 standard,
