摘要
对82倒新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病伴发心肌损害进行临床分析，发现其中66倒有宫内窘迫和（或）出生后窒息等缺氧病史，并具有各种临床表现，心肌酶谱各项指标均有不同程度增高．并有不同类型的心电图改变．x线及心脏彩超提示部分患儿心脏增大。
Through analysis with 82 cases newborn with HIE and myocardia damage,66 cases were found with intrauterus embarrasion and or history of anoxia after birth. Various clinical manifestations were found with different level of myocardia zymogram increasing and various kind of ECG changes. Cardia enlargement was found in partial cases by heart uhrasouod.
