摘要
目的总结腹部闭合性损伤的诊断与治疗。方法选择资料完整的腹部闭合性各类损伤76例,进行系统分析,对早期诊断的影响因素和治疗原则进行回顾性总结。结果保守治疗4例,剖腹探查72例,其中69例手术治疗。全部病例均治愈。结论对腹部闭合性损伤患者应进行症状、体征和影像学检查,以及实验室有关检查,结合分析后诊断,针对不同脏器损伤选择相应治疗。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of closed injury of abdomen. Methods The complete materials of 76 cases of such patient were analyzed in early diagnosis factors and treatment principle retrospectively. Resuits There were conservative therapy in 4 cases and explorative laparotomy in 72 cases among them there were 69 cases had performed operation. All cases healed. Conclusion The complex analysis on the symptom and signs, lab and imageology should be taken and the relative therapy could be performed according to the available situation.
