多层螺旋CT肾动脉成像的图像后处理技术及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT各种后处理技术(MPR,MIP,SSD,VRT)在肾动脉及其分支血管成像中的临床应用及其效果评估,以便更好地辅助临床诊断及指导治疗。方法对80例行肾脏检查的患者,在一定CT扫描条件下,用4层螺旋CT对肾脏肾动脉及其分支区域进行CTA检查,将所获得的图像数据进行MIP,SSD,VRT,MPR,以获得相关区域的图像,并对肾动脉显示情况及几种后处理技术效果进行初步的对比分析和评估讨论。结果80例患者均获得了满意的MSCT肾动脉CTA轴位扫描及影像后处理图像,能清晰地显示肾动脉主干及其23、、4级分支。MIP、SSD、VRT、MPR 4种成像方法各有优缺点。结论MIP、VRT在诊断肾动脉相关疾病中是最有价值的后处理成像方法。在临床工作中,一个比较好的方式是应以MIP为主,与VRT、SSD等结合使用综合比较,效果是比较好的。 Objective To discuss the postproeessing management of MPR, MIP, SSD AND VRT in renal angiography application in clinic and its effect assessment so that to indicate the diagnosis and treatment in clinic. Methods The materials of 80 cases who received the renal detection were analyzed in MIP, SSD, VRT, MPR with spiral CT at certain condition and compared. Results The good results obtained of 80 eases in MSCT of CTA axis scan and post-processing. The sub - branches of 2, 3, and 4 of renal artery had been clearly shown. The four methods had shared all advantages. Conelusion The MIP and VRT might be most valuable methods in postprocessing management of renal angiography. The main method should be based on MIP and compared with VRT and SSD complex comparison in clinic.
