摘要
本文利用职业声望最新的调查数据,通过统计分析,认为我国教师职业声望的现状为:教师职业声望正在逐步提高;教师群体内部的职业声望有差异;教师职业声望的自我认同低于社会认同。进而分析了它们的形成原因,以便揭示教师职业声望背后所反映的教师群体面临的一些问题,并对教师社会地位的提高提出了相应的对策。
Through analyzing statistics in the latest professional reputation research, we can find out the following three features of teachers' professional reputation: continuous improvement of teachers' professional reputation; dif- ferences of teachers' professional reputation among different teachers groups;self-identity of teachers' professional reputation is lower than social identity. The author analyzes the causes of these features and discovered some problems underlying teachers' professional reputation which we didn' t know before. According to the analysis above, we give some advice on promoting teachers' social status.
