摘要
随着体育产业的导入,“CSD”城市运营不仅为商业投资提供了平台,同时也带动其他相关行业的经济增长,形成城市新经济增长链条,从而实现城市和区域的超常规模发展,面对新的形势,机遇和挑战并存,如何结合我们的国情,走出一条中国特色的体育运营城市的发展道路,需要我们更新观念、创新思维、政府有所为、有所不为,使“CSD”模式的发展能更好地体现中国政府“亲民、便民、利民”的执政理念,创造更加理想的人居新品质。
With the development of sports industry, ＂CSD＂ （Center Sports District） not only provides opportunities for commercial investment but also brings along economic increase of other industries, thus a new economic increase chain comes into being and the development of extra cities and districts are accomplished. New circumstances bring along both opportunities and challenges. How to make a way to develop ＂CSD＂ with Chinese characteristics is that we need to renovate our ideas and thoughts, to readjust responsibilities and the competence of government, to make the development of ＂CSD＂ mode embodies the reigning notion of Chinese government, that is, ＂to be benign to people, to benefit people, to make their life convenient＂, to create more idealistic qualities for people＇s residence.
