摘要
本文针对带有电流变液智能阻尼器的新型浮筏装置提出了一种前馈模糊控制策略。根据对浮筏上动力装置的振动激励信号的主频特性分析,运用模糊控制器来对各个主频进行加权,得出最优的控制电压来对阻尼器进行控制。实验结果证明,这种控制策略控制下的浮筏隔振系统的隔振效果要远远好于传统的最优被动浮筏隔振系统。
A feed forward fuzzy control method is proposed to control a new type of floating raft with an adjustable damper.According to the signal of the motors on the floating raft,the proposed fuzzy control method gives a best damping ratio to achieve the best vibration isolation effect.The inputs of the fuzzy controller are the characters of the excited signal's main frequency,and the output is the weight factor of the main frequency.It indicates that the proposed control method is very effective in vibration isolation than the passive optimal system through the experimental result.
